In Suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury, shall be otherwise re-examined in any Court of the United States, than according to the rules of the common law.  - -

All courts shall be open, and every man for any injury done him in his lands, good, person or reputation shall have remedy by due process of law, and right and justice administered without sale, denial, or delay.  Suits may be brought against the state in such manner, in such courts and in such cases, s the legislative assembly may, by law direct.

The North Dakota Association for Justice promotes the cause of those damaged in person, property, or human rights, and defends the right to trial by jury and other rights guaranteed by our laws and Constitutions.
