You’ve succeeded for your client, so give back to the NDAJ Flickertail Fund to ensure NDAJ can continue to advocate for you and your client’s rights.
The NDAJ Flickertail Fund was established in 2023 as a way for you to give back after a successful case or cases to enhance opportunities for you and your clients. Pledge a sum or percentage of your fees from a case or from a combination of cases throughout the year. If you are successful, you fulfill your pledge.
Support the mission of the North Dakota Association for Justice and the support you received from NDAJ to support your case.
As a NDAJ Flickertail Fund member, you will receive the following:
- You name included in all marketing at NDAJ conventions and the Flickertail Festival
- Recognition at the Flickertail Tail Festival, held in May of each year.
- Recognition on our website
- Distinguished lapel pin

As you or your firm become supporters of the Flickertail Fund, you will be recognized at our annual Flickertail Festival.
Recognition includes:
- Recognition of new members
- Recognition of Flickertail Fund Accumulated Giving Levels
$10,000 - $24,999 – Bronze Level
$25,000 - $49,999 – Silver Level
$50,000 - $74,999 – Gold Level
$75,000 - $99,999 – Platinum Level
